Add sorting arrows to table columns in static leases list

Currently, the Static Leases table does not support column sorting, making it difficult to organize and find specific entries. Adding a sorting arrow at the top of each column would allow users to sort the data easily.

Steps to Reproduce

• Navigate to the Static Leases list
• Observe that there are no sorting controls on any column headers

Proposed Solution

• Add a small sorting arrow next to each column header except for the MAC address
• Implement sorting functionality to toggle between ascending and descending order when the header is clicked.
• Ensure sorting persists when navigating within the interface.
