@harisorgn The adjacency plotting recipe in Makie extension currently uses grayscale colormap. Probably, by default it scales from 0 to 1.
Anything more than 1 it colors the same. That's why we don't see any difference in before and after learning plots in tutorial.
We need to modify the plotting recipe. One possible way is to rescale the adjacency matrix, divide the whole matrix by the maximum possible weight. That can be a keyword arg. Or if there is a direct setting in the colormap itself.
