Select TAs from last year for an early recruitment and pre-pod
Pre-pod dates: May 23 - 27

  • Selected 10 TAs from last year's list
  • Wrote the email draft and got feedback from relevant departments
  • sent out the email to the selected TAs

  • found TAs from the applicant pools
  • recruited a volunteer to help with contacting the TAs and offering them the position
  • contacted 10, 2 rejected the offer, 4 accepted
  • contacted 2 more from the pool
