Implement as cronjob to check site status

Create a tag, checking-status
The tag does a call to the web, checks for 200 and if it's OK. Then remove checking-status.
If not okay, then add the tag - fix-status and some people are notified. It's based on a dependant tag eg. {username}, to notify a certain person
