OID scheme beschrijven en toepassen op alle elementen. #3

Als het goed is hebben alle elementen een property "MAX::ID" gevuld met een OID.

E.g.
2.16.840.1.113883.2.4.3.11.29.3.215

2.16.840.1.113883.2.4.3.11.29 = Nictiz OID voor de ZiRA
.3 = bedrijfsactiviteiten
.3.215 = de id van een specifiek bedrijfsactiviteit
