Migrate DB layer from TypeORM to Prisma #284

TypeORM is currently too buggy, so I don't deem it to be production-ready in its current state.

Prisma looks very promising and stable.

This will be a breaking change, since this requires changes to be made to the user-specified config files. The database itself should stay the same.
