Settings not visible v1.4.3

Detecting F3+C input and the Undo and Reset buttons work normally.
Just opening the options window doesn't work. You can click the Options button, but nothing really happens.

AMD Ryzen 5 5600x
NVIDIA Geforce RTX 3090
language: korean

I can reproduce the issue on 1.4.3 using Korean, but it seems to work fine on a build I have which includes the latest commits.

Is there any way to fix this issue? I've tried changing the windows default language and downloading different versions but none of them seem to work.
