NBT data overwritten when shift-right clicking from Arcane Crafting Terminal

Describe the bug
Title

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Have any item with NBT data in your inventory and the same item ID with different NBT data in your AE system, such as Phials of Essentia, Ethereal Essence, Broken Spawners, etc.
2. Using the Arcane Crafting Terminal, shift-right click the item in the AE system.
3. The quantity of the item in the AE system is added to the existing stack in your inventory. If it exceeds the stack limit, the new stack formed does retain its previous NBT data.

Expected behavior
Items should remain separate stacks. This behavior does not occur with other AE terminals.
