Add a condition for a specific Tag

Say if someone has more than 30 posts with tag Linux assign to group "Linux Pro"

Or even a given catagory if post are more than 30 in catagory Linux assing to grou " Linx Pro"

Or a big of them and repitation

thanks..I think it would make it alot more useful, you can see what people are good at using specifics like that
