Save the topics in the list

Currently at the time, one task added. Can't see last task.
List down the last task.

Currently the webapi to send topic to all the participants from master is replacing the topic variable data in db, add a new collection with array variable "topics" into the db where the Topic variable is available to store all the topics and update the sendtopic webapi to also store the topic in this new array.
