Streamline the messaging around mappings and duplicate terms across ontologies

There is a bit of a controversy around the messaging of mapping vs ontology convergence in the later parts of the course - we need to hammer the OBO message of not creating new terms when terms already exist at the same time as explaining why mappings are still needed. The Mondo / DO story is again making that story hard to tell.
