For people listening to the tutorial, it may be confusing to understand how OBO relates to the entire space of open biomedical ontologies... We should include a section to clarify how we relate to the rest of the domain, in particular:

  • How do we relate to the wider clinical sphere (Mesh, SNOMED, UMLS etc)
  • How do we related to the wider bio-ontology sphere (Bioportal minus OBO)

Answer clearly: "Why are the biomedical or biological ontologies that are NOT in OBO?"
