Consider providing an explicit instruction for the user to enter a url in the URL box. Currently, the user is presented with a URL textbox with a label that reads "eg. http://example.com/population-jan-2011.json". Some users may not realise that they have to enter a url in that box. Instead, they may interpret it as an example to the kind of input that is expected in the File name textbox directly below the url textbox.
