Timezones in https://ocr-d.de/en/community don't work anymore. When switching to another timezone, it changes the timezone offset but not the time.
E.g., by switching to UTC, you would expect 12:00 PM UTC (during DST) for our Open TechCall but it shows 2:00 PM UTC instead.
