Update API docs

The API docs at https://ocr-d.de/core/ are outdated (title says 2.41.0, but PyPI is at 2.58.0).

While I am possibly the single user who tries to use these docs, it would be nice to have them updated after release :)

Please tell me if I can help somehow, maybe with work on a CD job if necessary?

It has since been updated manually, but you're right, we should automate that.

Best solution is probably a GH Actions workflow for this here in the website repo that should get triggered via web hook for new core releases.

Keeping open to track progress for that.

Hehe, had that thought too in other projects but then just used the YOLO method: Pushing (workflow-triggering) tags again until I had fixed the workflow.
