I get this error when i try to open document on humhub?

My document server is running and it show green in administration page.

I also ran into this issue and it was caused because the reverse proxy (nginx) wasn't configured to accept websocket connexions. Have a look at: https://github.com/ONLYOFFICE/document-server-proxy/blob/master/nginx/proxy-to-virtual-path.conf

@arttu-uusikyyny, we consider reply of @caumons as a correct one and we also suppose the problem is in configuration of reverse proxy.
