Please describe the issue.
Partnering with cultural institutions in the Yiddish sphere will allow us to reach out to a larger amount of people who can provide community data for our dataset.

How is this issue actionable?
By reaching out to Yiddish cultural institutions who would benefit from this technology because they publish video material in Yiddish that lacks Yiddish captioning, such as the Yiddish Book Center, the Worker's Circle, and the YIVO Institute for Jewish Research.
