Design UI Format

Use a UI designing tool to map out how the interface of the application will look like. This would be done before any coding is required in order to understand the layout of the features needed. Create the format so that it is easy to understand and use. Use the tool to style it based on what a younger generation may like. This can be used as a prototype or tester for college students to comment on in the future.

Address Issue: Use Figma to map out how the application will look like including different pages, UI components, and information needed in order to design the application in the future using code

Rescope: no rescope needed as it is in the planning stages, however, if UI prototype is not liked, it may be brought back to this stage
