Disconnect bot if voice channel is empty #5

Currently, the bot stays on the voice channel even when all members have left, and continues to play. Auto-disconnect the bot if no one else is on the voice channel.

This should have a configurable timeout, and the bot should disconnect only after the timeout is over. Short, accidental disconnects should ideally not cause the bot to DC.
