Migrate to Bootstrap v5.x

Threat Dragon is stuck on Bootstrap version 4.6.1 because of breaking changes going to Bootstrap v5.x

Describe the solution you'd like:
provide Bootstrap 5.3.3 in file td.vue/package.json

Additional context:
Moving to Bootstrap 5.3.3 was tried in commit 37a1734
