Do not include irrelevant tokens on Arbified chain list #112

When arbifying a list, we only arbify the token with a pair on the intended chain

Currently we are also keeping the tokens irrelevant to the intended chain

we should remove those irrelevant tokens from the arbified list for the specifc chain
