Jira and Teams Incoming webhook is not working with teams

Hi Team,

The Teams incoming webhook has been already configured and worked fine untill teams asked me update the new webhook once i updated new URL adn placed in to the jira tho connection is not working now, please advise me

Hi Sayali,

1. i have recreate Jira automation than created new teams channel (restricted for few people) than followed below documetation

Hello @mohamedsafrascs ,Could you please check that the new Teams channel, where the webhook is configured, has the necessary permissions? Additionally, verify that the users who need access to the webhook are members of the restricted channel.

Also, first Test the Webhook, Refer Document to send a test payload to the new webhook URL to ensure it is working correctly.
If the test message is successfully posted to the Teams channel, the webhook is functioning as expected.
Also, please ensure that the Jira automation rule is correctly configured to use the new webhook URL. Verify that the automation rule is active and properly set up to trigger the webhook.

Hi @sayali-MSFT ,

This is not outgoing webhook and i used work previously and it worked fine everything before and my self as member of the teams channel and was getting notifications before update the newer and jira and i hope everthing fine i just need to placed the webhook url only.
