Add ability to run wares with MPI capabilities

To allow wares to run MPI processes (required in computing science libraries for example), OpenFLUID applications have to be adapted. A first option may be to clone, rename and adapt the command line OpenFLUID application : standard OpenFLUID operations could be done by the master core, allowing wares to run MPI processes on all available other cores.
