MicroProfile API JavaDoc does not include standalone MP features

Different versions of MP API JavaDoc are under https://openliberty.io/docs/latest/reference/microprofile-api.html. But, the JavaDoc for the standalone MP features, such as graphql, metrics-5.1, reactive messaging, etc are not included in the "MicroProfile <version>".

Expected:
each "MP <version>" should include the supported standalone features.

OpenLiberty/open-liberty#29545 has a nice mapping of stand-alone MP liberty features and which MP platform versions that the liberty features work with.
