TODOs for HTML version

HTML TODOs:

[ ] Fix height of inline images like paths to line height (if possible)
[ ] TOC floating on the side?
[ ] loading times. It has 18MB. we might need to include thumbnails or split into multiple pages (if possible?)
[ ] fix the code blocks (remove trailing spaces and other stuff)
[ ] find a way to move the SVGs for the little Tikz graphics into a separate folder.
