OpenMandriva version:
Cooker P6 dsynced Oct. 8 Describe the bug: kcmshell6 kcm_pulseaudio does not open. Steps to reproduce:
Open Konsole in Cooker P6 and run kcmshell6 kcm_pulseaudio. Observed behavior:
I can do this a dozen times and it does not open. I try a new user and still does not open. Expected behavior: kcmshell6 kcm_pulseaudio should open normally manually from Konsole or in SystemSettings. Additional comment:
Repeating that system was dsynced Oct. 8. In other words right before upgrade to Qt 6.8 Logs and screenshots if relevant

I do not even have a guess as to what is causing this issue.
I also see the same behavior in a VirtualBox Cooker x86_64 P6 VM. I only have one computer so it is the host for the VM.
