The service-template network “Create” Type is giving only the existing “networks” in the pull down. It should be showing the available Network Templates.
create a new Service Template
2a) on networks select Type "Create"
2b) then in the "network" pull down for the create type, you should see the Network Template created on step1. However you will only see Existing networks... zero templates.
Expected behavior
Create Service Template: Network Type "Create", Network pull down must show Network Templates.
