Prepare documentation that will help guide users, stakeholders, and OSS community developers around the new SDC extension features.

What would be a good place for this documentation? As the Commons Extension is really specific to Wikimedia Commons use cases (with categories, Wikitext parsing etc), I can imagine our info page on Wikimedia Commons would be a candidate: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:OpenRefine

Here's a beginning: a Google doc with step by step instructions for file uploading for 'early adopters'. Will need a lot of updating as we develop new features; finally to be published online as we release 3.7.

Documentation will be improved as part of the new 2023-24 Wikimedia grant, ideally with/by the participants of the train-the-trainer program (it will be a very good exercise for them).

For now, there is some basic info about the Commons Extensions functionalities as part of the repository readme. I have a hunch that this is not frequently seen/read/discovered though.
I have received, and continue to receive, very good feedback about the Google doc mentioned above (users are grateful that the format is familiar and accessible; it's easy to comment/suggest/add; in general the process of improving it has been very interactive and participatory). But at some point the how-to there will move to a more permanent place.
