Often, when starting a new project via the CommonsExtension, OpenRefine will warn about memory issues in big red angry words.

The project is usually not that large, though.

This issue is not specific to the Commons Extension but happens in OpenRefine generically. See OpenRefine/OpenRefine/issues/5218. I'll leave this open for now though.
