Improvements to serial monitor #20

The serial monitor is very basic and does not have a lot of features. Possible additions:

  • Exporting the output
  • Better copying
  • Text field with serial input for the connector robot

Additionally, there have been some reports that the monitor only works correctly when it is in the foreground.
However that was not reproducible yet and should be investigated further.
