Azure Media Services module is outdated

• Azure Media Encoder is deprecated since december 2015 and replaced by "Media Encoder Standard"
• Also need to update built-in preset list for Media Encoder Standard
• "Windows Azure Media Packager", "Windows Azure Media Encryptor", "Storage Decryption" are also deprecated
  (They are referenced in the module but don't seem to be used)

There is a quite old PR #6132 to update the player, but we might rather use Azure Media Player. It's the officially supported player, based on a customized version of Video.js. Style and script are CDN hosted (no source available...)
