Frame alignment seems not to consider the axis sense (e.g., alignment along x and -x seems the same)

@rtkg I can't seem to reproduce this bug. Maybe this is old? If you remember how this bug was produced originally, can you please check it again against the latest on devel? Otherwise, we might be able to close this?
I have extended GeometricFrame with accepting 3,6, or 7 parameters. 3 for position only, 6 for euler angle rotation and 7 for quaternion rotation parameterization.

Mmm... have to look at this again. What happens to the frame orientation if it's only parametrized with 3 values - is it aligned with the parent frame?
