component是指待测量的量子位和分量吗，但是我有4个量子比特，component可以输入任意的数例如[101,15]等，这是这4个量子比特的十进制表示吗，可是其十进制表示最大只能到15。
返回是指由待测量的量子比特构成的子空间中的所有投影状态的概率吗，可是我有1个量子比特，component输入[0,1]，返回2个数，如果返回值表示概率，那么这两个数的平方和应该等于1，但是实际上这两个数的和等于1，而不是平方和等于1
