Notebook demoing access to hydroclimatic atlas simulations

@huard I've found the melcc folder on the Birdhouse THREDDS server, it seems to contain cQ2 simulations. I can make a notebook to connect to those but the filenames follow a convention I do not know (and there does not seem to be any docs). Would you have access to such docs or info?

Also, do you know where/how to access the Atlas Hydroclimatique data directly? Are they stored somewhere and/or do you know if there is a service to interact with them other than their webpage?
