Support for renaming solution block title / custom block #226

Would it be possible (or is there a way) to either:

  • Be able to rename the title of a solution block? This seemed to be supported previously, e.g. :::solution{title="Transcript"} but seems not to work at present
  • Have a way to specify a collapsible block with an arbitrary title
