color and drawing geological section

Hello,
tryng in qgis to create a geolgical section, i looking for a tool under linux to draw inside the profile that i have created without export to another app to design a geological section.
Is it possible to add a new feature to the plugin with a "pencil" to design inside the profile without exporting the profile to external design app?
Do you know a method inside qgis?

Are you literally wanting to sketch on the profile, or wanting to symbolise different layers e.g. using special hatches?

In my case, sketching on the profile and moving the nodes are two very interesting options. Moving the nodes would allow us to introduce "geological rules" into the surfaces or into the interpolation surfaces. Sketching in the profile would allow to introduce small layers not interpolated.
