Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
With PHOENIXCONTACT/MORYX-AbstractionLayer#87 we introduced automatic versioning of workflows if they were saved to do not lost history. This can lead to unnecessary versions because the saved worflows and existing workflow will not be compared.

Describe the solution you'd like
If I save a workflow, the saved entity and the workflow to save have to be compared and if there is really a change a new version should be created
