"First Year" retrospective blog post

The TAC would like to see a 1 year anniversary blog post for PQCA that summarizes what we have learned and accomplished.
This is being targeted for March release.

Each project and working group should plan on contributing to the TAC's 1st year blog post and then follow up with individual "the year ahead" blogs afterwards.

This issue is specifically for tracking the 1st year blog post. The individual projects/groups should open Issues in their own repos if they feel it is appropriate.
