Add ability to take notes and add tasks before discussion phase

During retro, the "Discuss" section is at the end. But to get there, you have to discuss and understand each item for grouping/voting already. By the time we get to Discuss we've already had the discussion with no way to record what was said, and I have to go and type down what we previously talked about.
It would be cool to be able to "flip over" the card and write discussion points on it or at least have the discussion board available to the right earlier in the process.
