Issue Description

If you attempt to redeem a winning scratch card at an ATM, you end up bonking the ATM with the card instead.

What did you expect to happen?

To insert the winning scratch card and get money.

What happened instead?

Bonked the ATM with the scratch card regardless of intent.

Why is this bad/What are the consequences?

It's not very money if you win a scratcher and can't redeem it.

Steps to reproduce the issue.

1. Win a scratch card.
2. Try to insert it into an ATM.
3. Cry as you bonk the ATM and will never get a payout.

When did the problem start happening?

Noticed on round 43522.
