Account Private but its not

How is Path of Building expected to behave?

When I enter My username There should be a list of my characters under my account

How does Path of Building behave?

When I enter my username in the search I receive an error saying my account is private MY ACCOUNT IS NOT PRIVATE
UPDATE: I Was informed to enter the numbers at the end of my name and I tried that same dilemma.

How to reproduce the issue

Search the user name in the screen shots or any PSN related User name

Just to add it seems like something might've changed on their end, since it's been working fine for me before, and now without any changes it can't import anymore. Also double checked, account didn't suddenly become private on the site, and also pasting POESESSID from a logged in browser doesn't work either.
