What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I load a RPPA formated file with only phosphosite measurements
2. Chibe interprets these as also referring to total protein
3. Chibe color codes total protein and I can't alter it

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see only colors in the phospho circles, instead I've got colored
rectangles

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
latest chibe version Jan 2015 on mac

Please provide any additional information below.
I think the best way to handle this issue is that when we have a total protein
measurement then the phosphosite column is left blank and chibe interprets this
as total protein. otherwise a phospho measurement should only apply to the
phospho site and not total protein. Thanks

Alex, can you please also add the sample rppa data file? ChiBE should behave as
you described.
