Automating data refresh (somewhat) #128

This process could be automated somewhat, involving:

Do a data update (grounding-search)
- Test
Create new deposition (Zenodo)
- Obtain ids for (a) deposition (b) bucket
Dump to Zenodo using the new id, bucket (grounding-search)
Publish on Zenodo
Update grounding search instances to point to new data (factoid-docker-config)
