"seek bar" or "scrubber" in Notification drawer player control, scrubs through entire audio file ( instead of current chapter )

Issue : "seek bar" or "scrubber" in Notification drawer player control, scrubs through entire audio file, even when the book has multiple chapters. Fat fingers occasionally move the slide bar due to user error.

Expected Behavior : seek bar , scrubs only through the currently playing chapter, when the audio file contains chapters
