App wont play anything

Overview

When I want to resume playing my book the app just opens, starts to search for file changes but play button does not do anything. Nothing really help, need to clear app data to sort it out. It happened 3 times already.

How to reproduce

Not sure about this but I have like 8GB of audiobooks - searchings for changed takes longer.
Anyway, I believe that this is what happens:

1. Play some chapters, hit pause in app
2. Wait few hours, use phone normally
3. Kill all apps in tasklist
4. Launch app and start to continue playing

For me, the play button does nothing same as buttons for moving between chapters
