If we have participants with problems with their sensor data, I think it will be of great help if anyone can check when their last data was uploaded to the server.

For that, we can create a rule that triggers with e.g. /EXTERNAL_debug_sensordata. This should trigger an action that will read the heart rate data and prints the timestamp of the latest data.
