Description

The website doesn't have a favicon, so the tab/window titles and bookmarks look a bit sad. It would be a happier world if we had a favicon. Something simple like a square saying "No BS" across 2 lines. Or maybe a loop (🔂) icon of some kind. Also see #68.

Once we have this, we should upload the icon to the CDN as well as the logo, and of course <link> it in the HTML.
