Hi,
I am trying using BuscoOrthoPhylo to compare phylogeny with my own specific set of genes and I found completely different outcomes when I was using more than 5 species (I have more than 40 species). Basically the overall number of used orthologs is reducing dramatically, is a suggested maximum number of species to analyse simultanously?
