Can't see Dashboard #87

Hi,

I've installed Decidim following step by step the Ubuntu 18.04 guide https://github.com/Platoniq/decidim-install/blob/main/decidim-bionic.md.

After complete installation I can't see Dashboard as administrator. I see left menu bar with:

Dashboard
Organizations
Admins
OAuth applications

Clicking on Dashboard are showing only Current organizations, nothing else.
