transaction with problem in Bittrex account

Hello I need some help from august 17 -2017 i made I sent an amount of Burst from my account in poloniex to my account in Bittrex at the moment I didnt receive it but is worse now because Bittrex make disable my account and I think will arrive this amount some day and I will be in the same situation because I cant make nothing with this money they dont answer my email and tickets , I think everybody knows what happens with Bittrex , my question is> Can I change the receipt to my wallet in order to receive this amount of Burst going to my disable Bitrrex account
